OHSAA
Mandated Parents Meeting There will
be an OHSAA Mandated Parent's Meeting on July 27th at 7pm
in the cafetorium for all parents of athletes playing fall
sports. This is not a meeting for athletes to attend-parent's
only please. There will be a sign in sheet to verify attendance
at the meeting. Packets will be handed out at the meeting.

communications platform currently being utilized by the Canal
Winchester Schools. School Central employs the latest communication
technologies available to help keep parents notified of important

Dr.
Bender Cross Country Classic - Saturday, July 18th
Get ready
to race! The Dr. Bender Cross Country Classic is a series
of XC races hosted by the Indian Cross Country Boosters that
is open to all ages. The classic consists of a 1.5 mile elementary
race, the 2 mile middle school race, and an open 5k race.
This year's event will also feature an Alumni Team Challenge
as part of the open 5k. Other features: CROSS COUNTRY course,
Split times at each mile, Refreshments at the finish, T-shirts
to the first 250 entrants, and tons of awards. See the following

you can participate in any sport. Go to the Student
Athlete resources page for all of your printable forms

forms must be turned in to the Athletic Office before
you can participate in any sport.
You must also go to the athletic office
and pick up the OHSAA Athletic Eligibility Bulletin.
You are required to read this bulletin. This
form does not need to be returned. Your signatures
on the Athletic Participation Form acknowledges you
read it.
We would appreciate your help in completing
the necessary forms for your athlete to be eligible
to participate in an inter-scholastic athletic program
sponsored by the Plain Local School District.
The forms needed are:

and turned in to the coach BEFORE your athlete is
eligible to practice. Please get these forms
completed as soon as possible so that your athlete
is able to begin practice at the proper starting date.
